About Jan Coffey

Nikoo and Jim McGoldrick (AKA Jan Coffey) are the authors of twenty-eight novels and two works of nonfiction. They have received numerous awards, including the 2009 Best Fiction Award from the Connecticut Press Club.

Nikoo and Jim have conducted hundreds of creative writing workshops for all age groups at conferences and universities throughout the country. Jim, a former tenured professor, has been teaching creative writing in college and high school classrooms for the past two decades.
